Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Xevora apps and website, operated by Crazy Wolf Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Xevora, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1.The service

Xevora provides encrypted cloud storage, messaging and file transfer, together with a rewards programme. Features may change, improve or be discontinued as the product develops.

2.Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.

3.Acceptable use

You agree not to use Xevora to store, send or share content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, contains malware, or that you have no right to distribute. You also agree not to abuse the rewards system, for example through fake accounts or automated activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

4.Your content

Your files and messages remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, transmit and sync your content so the service can work. We do not claim ownership of what you upload.

5.Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically for the period you selected until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change, and we will notify you before a change affects you.

Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, that right applies in addition to these Terms.

6.Rewards and tokens

Tokens earned in Xevora are part of a rewards programme within the app. Earning rates, bonuses and mechanics may be adjusted to keep the system fair and sustainable. Tokens have no guaranteed monetary value unless and until we state otherwise in writing.

7.Storage limits and fair use

Each plan includes a storage allowance. Where a feature is described as unlimited, it is subject to fair use: we may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse that would degrade the service for others.

8.Availability

We work to keep Xevora available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control may cause downtime.

9.Termination

You may stop using Xevora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, or where required by law. On termination, your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Xevora is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

11.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or on this page before it takes effect.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections you have in your country of residence.
